Ordering

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

You don’t need an account to order in our webstore. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.

Can I change my order?

When you've placed and paid for your order, it's prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is 'completed', you can no longer change your order. 

How do I create an account?

Click on 'My account' at the top right. Choose 'Create account'.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. We'll send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.

Which payment methods are available?

Once you have completed the check out page you have to agree with the terms and conditions to get redirected to the payment page. We accept numerous payment methods.

Is it safe to buy from Omanluxury.om ?

Will I receive an invoice of my order?

If your card is authorized the payment you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. Invoice will be sent by mail also along with your package.

I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

All you have to do is enter the promotional code at checkout and the associated promotion will be automatically applied. The field you need to fill in can be found in your shopping bag.

What is the delivery time?

Within Oman the delivery time is 1-2 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Sultanate of Oman Shipping costs are OMR 2.

We offer cash on delivery only in Muscat .

How can I track my order?

Returns

How can I return my order?

Orders can not be returned .

I’ve received an item with a manufacturing defect.

All products sent from the online store are carefully checked so as to prevent this from happening. In the event in which your order has a flaw or defect, please contact our Customer Service Department.
